Описание Задачи №1

Накидано всё, вплоть до этого параграфа. Также накидан блок детализации <details><summary>, с выпадающим списком фаз, в виде UL > LI. Изменён синтаксис логических блоков: body > header > main > panel > article.content. На сегодня пока всё.

Задача №2

This is a test paragraph after 1nd level heading. I think it needs to be added that the set of elements tested is not exhaustive in any sense. I have selected those elements for which it can make sense to write user style sheet rules, in my opionion.
